My experience was nothing short of frustrating. The limited parking situation made it a nightmare to find a spot, especially after a long journey. On top of that, the absence of an elevator meant I had to drag my heavy luggage up four flights of stairs, which was terribly inconvenient. the pillows provided were disappointingly flat, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The central location puts you within reach of several attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Free parking included in the cost is a definite plus for those traveling by car.

The bathroom had a persistent water issue, with a pool forming in the basin that didn't drain properly. The TV remote didn't work in my first room, leading to a hassle when moving to a second room. Noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive, with one guest playing loud music late into the night, disrupting sleep. Check-out times are awkward, as reception isn’t available before 8 AM, forcing guests to wait around.

Comfortable beds and effective air conditioning made for a pleasant stay, though the room had noticeable cracks on the walls. soho is a lovely spot! the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep, and the shower was decent too. i really hit it off with the receptionist who let me check in early after my early flight. plus, the park across the road is a nice bonus!
